Suspense Account which would not be sanctioned by the Secretary

of State) is for Government to resume the land and debit Public

Works Extraordinary.

This account will be credited with the

value of transfer to the Railway as required and rents &c.,

would have to be paid in to ordinary revenue.

As regards the cash required it must be

obtained by Advances from the Crown Agents seeing that the

Expenditure is on account of the Railway which is indebted to

Government at present in a fairly large ariount.
